What is your return policy?

1. Standard Order Return (valid for unopened products)

If you change your mind before using the products, you have the full legal right to return them under the following conditions:

Time Limit: Within 14 days from the delivery date.

Condition: The product must be in its original packaging, intact, and in saleable condition (unopened and unused).

Procedure: Once we receive the product back and verify its condition, we will refund its full value.

2. Claims for shipping damage or error

We work with partners such as Speedy and Econt to ensure that shipments reach you quickly and securely. However, mistakes do happen.

• If your shipment arrives spilled, broken, or with damaged packaging: Please take a photo immediately after unpacking and send it to us. We will send you a new product entirely at our expense the very next day.

If you have received the wrong product: Contact us and we will arrange a lightning-fast replacement, covering all courier costs.

3. How to return a product? (Step by step)

To make the process as easy as possible for you, follow these steps:

1.Contact Us: Write to us at bg@animaveracosmetics.com or through the contact form on our page. Provide your order number and the reason for the return (this helps us improve).

2. Shipment: Once we confirm the return, send the product to our address:

Shipping costs: In case of a defect or error on our part – delivery is at our expense.

4. Refunds

After we receive the returned product, we will process the payment:

• If you paid by card: The amount will be automatically refunded to the card used for payment within 5–7 business days.

• If you paid cash on delivery: The amount will be refunded via bank transfer. For this purpose, you will need to provide us with the IBAN of your personal account.
